Step 1

Get a Quotation

We will reply your enquiry by the next working day.

Step 2

Order Confirmation

Upon confirmation of the quotation, we will require to collect a 50% deposit of the job.

Step 3

Production

Production will commence once the deposit is made. Production lead-time is subjected to the quantity and complexity of the job.

Step 4

Collection / Delivery

Upon completion, we will contact you to arrange for collection or delivery. For self-collection, you can collect your order from our office at 57, Ubi Ave 1, Ubi Centre, #06-06, Singapore 408936 Should you require delivery, delivery charges apply. Balance payment is to be made upon collection or delivery.

  • For A3 size and above, minimum resolution 150dpi

Dos and Don’ts

Things to take note

  • Do consult a professional designer to handle your design job.
  • Do not use free images from the Internet as most of the time free images are low resolution and may be pixilated.
  • Do use CMYK mode for the prints.
  • Do Not use RGB mode, as there might be colour aberration caused by the conversion.
  • Do check through all details before sending it to us. We will not be held responsible if it is due to your negligence.
  • Do provide hard copy samples if you need us to do colour matching. Depending on the complexity, additional charges may apply. Test prints are chargeable accordingly.

Exchange Policy

Things to take note

  • You are encouraged to check through the quality and quantity of the products or prints upon collection or delivery.
  • We shall not be held responsible if it is damage due to negligence of the customer.
    We will do a one to one replacement for any products / prints if due to our negligence.
  • For replacement we will require you to produce the official invoice for verification.
  • Replacement can only be of the same item. Change of design and size are not allowed.
  • Should there be any discrepancy. Please come back to us within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • We reserved the rights to refuse or replacement to unreasonable acclaims.
